To Access Your Funds

If you are ready to access your funds all you need to do is fill out the application form and fax it to us along with the $A120 application fee.
Super Australia Online will then begin processing your request.

If we require further information we will forward you all the relevant documentation.
Once the process is complete you will receive a cheque directly from the superannuation fund.

In some cases after months of investigation we may find that there are no funds because an employer has not paid your contributions even though they are requred to do so by law. In these circumstances Super Australia Online cannot refund your application fee.
